Ron Miller – President
Ron is a family man with an outstanding reputation in his church, community and the industry. He is personally known for his compassion for others and his integrity: serving on many projects as a volunteer both locally and out of the country. Ron has been married to Diane for over 30 years. They enjoy their family, church activities, friends and the outdoors. Ron and Diane have two sons, both of whom are employed by R. Miller Construction. Diane Miller – Contents and structure cleaning
Diane and Ron have been married since 1981. Diane remembers the early years where Ron used his tools to remodel and build homes and she would assist where she could while managing her two active boys. Now Diane has a vital role at R. Miller. She is “hands on” involved with and managing the Content and structure cleaning. Diane understands the sensitive issues with handling contents and structure cleaning during these often stressful times.
Brian Miller – Estimator / Project Manager
Brian started his career as a young boy helping his dad on restoration projects. Having spent his entire life in the restoration business, Brian has a very deep understanding of all of the phases of reconstruction. Brian worked as a carpenter in the summers during school and for his first years as a full time employee at R. Miller Construction. He then moved into the office in 2007 and transitioned into an Estimator / Project Manager. His knowledge and experience includes Fire & Smoke Restoration, Impact & Storm Emergency Response, Water Mitigation, and all aspects of Reconstruction. He is also proficient with Xactimate estimating software and is IICRC certified for water damage and fire / smoke restoration.
Jason Miller – Lead Carpenter
Jason spent much of his boyhood years helping in the family business. Having spent his entire life in the restoration business, Jason has a very deep understanding of all of the reconstruction phases. Jason has worked full time as a carpenter for R. Miller Construction since 2006 and now has taken a leadership role as a lead carpenter and managing our dryout crews. His knowledge and experience includes Fire & Smoke Restoration, car Impact & Storm Emergency Response, Water Mitigation, and all aspects of Reconstruction. Jason is IICRC certified.
Ruth Spring – Office Manager
Ruth is like one of the family and has been our Office Manager since 2002. She has knowledge and experience in handling our Project scheduling, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Employee Accounts, and Human Resources. Customer Service has been an essential part of Ruth’s experience for over 10 years and is reflected in her ability to help homeowners throughout the mortgage claim process, which can often be confusing and frustrating. Ruth’s compassion for people is reflected in her ability to help homeowners during one of their most difficult times.
